Running a Half Marathon or 10k is a very rewarding experience, however it is not to be taken lightly. You need to be physically fit to compete in the race in which you have entered. If in doubt, consult your Doctor. Do not run if you are feeling unwell.
By competing, you undertake to abide by the rules of the event. You also acknowledge that you enter the race at your own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss that you may sustain before, during or after the event. You accept that the organisers reserve the right to delay, postpone, cancel or not officially time the race(s) in the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside the control of the organisers. The determination as to what constitutes this rests entirely with the organisers. Entry Fees are non refundable under any circumstances.
Photographs of the race will be taken for publicity purposes. You understand that your image may be used and give permission freely for it to be used.
